7 – DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Annual, semi-annual, or quarterly events:
Prospects: 3 years after the last expression of interest

Biennial or triennial events:

Card number and expiration date: kept for 13 months after the debit (15 months for deferred debit).
Security code (CVV): kept only for the duration of the transaction.
